What will we do?
Join us for an adventure-packed session that combines the best of gymnastics; with a structured lesson, free play, snack time, and a craft activity. The lesson kicks off with a structured gymnastics session led by our experienced coaches. Through age-appropriate exercises, your child will learn fundamental gymnastics skills such as rolls, jumps, and basic body positions. Each activity is thoughtfully designed to enhance their coordination, strength, and spatial awareness in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Also included in the morning is a craft activity where they’ll have the chance to engage in a hands-on project, not only developing their fine motor skills, but also allowing them to express their unique personalities. After the craft, it’s time to switch gears to a fun filled free play, allowing your child to explore our colourful gymnastics area, filled with soft mats, balance beams, tunnels, and more.
