Party Hosts Responsibilities

PLEASE READ AND TICK CHECKBOX ON BOOKING FORM BEFORE ANYONE ENTERS THE GYM AREA
As the party host – YOU are responsible for the following:
  1. All adults and children attending the party MUST listen and abide by the safety rules given in the ‘Meet and Greet’ which will happen after the party warm up game.
  2. All children attending the party are YOUR responsibility – children attending MUST adhere to all the safety guidelines. Failure to do so will result in the child being removed from the gymnastics area.The Academy strongly recommends that you, as the party host, remain in the gym area throughout the practical session to ensure all children are following the safety guidelines. Until safety information is given children are NOT permitted on any gymnastics apparatus.
  3. You, as the party host, are responsible for ensuring that the Academy register is filled in accurately. ALL children attending the party MUST be signed in and a contact/emergency number taken. Failure to do so will result in any child not signed in being unable to participate. The register MUST be handed to a member of Academy staff at the ‘Meet and Greet’ where a head count will be taken.
  4. If any child attending your party has Down Syndrome, please inform a member of staff as the child’s parent/guardian will need to sign a consent form.
  5. Whilst in the party food room it is YOUR responsibility to ensure all children are behaving in a manner that is safe and respectful. Please ensure you are supervising this session fully. Climbing on ANY furniture or fittings is strictly forbidden, and anyone doing so will be asked to leave the party room. Please DO NOT allow any child to do so.
  6. Preschool children MUST be supervised and assisted by an adult of your choice at ALL times whilst on The Academy premises. All parents who stay with preschool children MUST listen and abide by the safety rules given at the ‘Meet and Greet’. (ratio 2 children – 1 adult)
PLEASE NOTE: The Academy is a children's facility and alcohol should not be brought on site.

PLEASE NOTE : From February 2020 our prices will be increasing to £3.50 per session (£3 for Siblings / Double session (same day)).

Gymnastics and Trampolining activities have an inherent risk of injury and although the club will endeaver to minimise risk, accidents may still happen.

By submitting this form you are accepting that Gymnastics carries a risk of injury and are agreeing that your party guests are physically fit to participate.

In the event of an emergency you agree that an Academy First Aider can administer first aid to your party guests.
