Pre-School Gymnastics

Bouncing, spinning, rolling – your children are already natural-born gymnasts. So if you want to help them develop their physical skills, what better place to start?

Pre-school gymnastics teaches your children important skills like balance and co-ordination. With expert supervision and a playful environment, it’s a great way for them to have fun and lay the foundations of a healthy, active lifestyle.

Your budding sport stars can jump straight into the world of pre-school gymnastics. With an adventure playground to explore and lots of exciting activities to get involved in, the sessions are always energetic and entertaining. And while they’re having fun with new friends, they’ll also be getting a head start in the world of physical exercise.

Toddling Tigers – Parent & Toddlers

1 Hour Drop-In Session for Parent and Toddlers

Our fun-filled gymnasium is yours to discover as you & your child play together. The class is for pre-school age children 6 months-3.5 years.

Running Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Sundays – full schedule and bookings can be made via our Customer Portal.

Bouncing Bears – Parent and Child

2 to 3 Years – Parent and Child Session

You and your child will enjoy this 45-minute structured class led by qualified and experienced Academy Coaches. Apparatus, colourful physical circuits and musical warm-ups are all part of the fun, whilst building essential physical skills.

  • Classes are booked per term (6 terms a year)
  • Bears are rewarded at the end of every other term with a Badge & Certificate.

Leaping Lions – 3 Yrs + Unaccompanied

3 Years Plus – Unaccompanied

Academy staff will nurture your child towards independence in this 45 minute structured class. Children gain confidence as they learn to use apparatus safely, develop body awareness and put building blocks in place for future gymnastic skills.

  • Classes are booked per term (6 terms a year)
  • Lions are rewarded at the end of every other term with a Badge & Certificate.
